eLearning for Partners

Partners can now access Red Hat's sales training courses directly from within Red Hat Partner Center. The information below will help partners access and understand the new learning portal. For assistance with the eLearning application please contact your regional partner support team.

Course Auto-assignment

  1. Login to Red Hat Partner Center using your Red Hat Network Login (RHN)
  2. Click the tab labeled MY TRAINING
    • A window is presented requesting your Role and Product of Interest.
  3. Select one (1) or more options from each of the questions and click the SAVE button Based on the selections chosen training paths will be automatically built for each of the products and/or roles selected

Accessing Training

  1. Login to Red Hat Partner Center using your Red Hat Network Login (RHN)
  2. Click the tab labeled MY TRAINING
  3. The MY TRAINING tab consists of training paths, training courses and exams. Each are explained below.
    • Training Path: A combination of two or more courses and/or exams required to complete a certification
    • NOTE: As you complete individual courses within a training path the progress indicator (located at the top of each training path) will be updated to show percentage complete
    • Courses: Individual classes covering a specific topic required to complete certification
    • Exams: An online test (usually multiple-choice) that must be completed and passed in order to obtain a certification
  4. Click the LAUNCH COURSE button located to the right of each training item to begin a new course or exam.
    • NOTE: Courses may be taken in any order and may be started and restarted as required

Viewing Certifications

  1. Login to Red Hat Partner Center using your Red Hat Network Login (RHN)
  2. Click the tab labeled MY TRAINING
  3. Scroll to the section labeled PREVIOUS TRAINING CLASSES
  4. All sales certifications will be listed in this section

Adding Additional Courses

Some partners may be interested in taking courses that are not automatically listed on the My Training tab. The following explains the process for finding all training courses.

  1. Login to Red Hat Partner Center using your Red Hat Network Login (RHN)
  2. Click the tab labeled MY TRAINING
  3. In the left-hand navigator locate and click the link entitled VIEW SALES TRAINING CATALOG
    • A list of all available courses will be displayed
  4. To add a course to your training tab Click to open any course that is listed
  5. Click the ADD TO MY TRAINING button
    • When you click the My Training tab the course will now be visible. Simply click the launch button to begin the course
