How can I become a Red Hat Advanced Business Partner?

The entry level for each partner is the Red Hat Ready partnership with Red Hat. You need to meet the requirements e.g. trained staff, business plan, etc... for the Advanced level before an upgrade can be considered. Once you meet all requirements, as stated in the partner program guide, you can request a membership upgrade through via Partner Center. How do I meet the Sales Certification requirements for Advanced Business Partners?

Red Hat had introduced a new Sales Certification scheme to support each Partner in accruing the necessary 20 points to achieve their sales training level.

  • 11 points will be accrued when completing the "Red Hat Partner Platform Certified Salesperson (RHPPCS)" or the "Red Hat Partner Middleware Certified Salesperson (RHPMCS)"
  • 10 points will be accrued for every day of an on-site partner training. 20 points will be accrued for participation at the EMEA Partner Summit.
  • 3 points will be accrued when attending any Red Hat Partner or Technical webinar.

Share your Red Hat and JBoss success stories with Red Hat. Submit success story proposals to Red Hat for consideration. Proposals selected by Red Hat will be developed into formal success stories which may be promoted by Red Hat and the Partner through various publicity vehicles. You can submit your customer refernces through Partner Center , visit the home page and click on "Manage customer references".
