Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is open to all residents in UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark except employees and their immediate families of the promoter, Red Hat, Inc. ("Red Hat") its employees, officers, and directors of Red Hat, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their households, and employees of Red Hat's Training Resellers, Advanced Business Partners. As applicable, if your employer is paying or reimbursing part or all of your training and/or certification costs you acknowledge that your employer is aware of and consents to your participation in this Promotion, and that your participation is in accordance and does not violate your organisation's policies and regulations.
2. To be eligible to receive a 10% discount off a first course, 20% off a second, and 30% from the third ("Promotion Discount"), THREE (3) PARTICIPANTS MUST: each enroll in one (1) training course in the eliglibe countries by Friday November 27th, 2009, provide valid payment and attend the training classes before Friday, November 27th, 2009 ("Promotional Period"). Participants must be employed by the same company and all Participants must complete enrollment and payment for the three courses on the same day. Each of the three enrollment form must have the Offer Code and the company name entered in the "Offer Code" section at the time of registration. Offer code 123PROMO must be entered by the Participants at the time of registration in order for the Promotional Discount to be subtracted from all training courses. These terms and conditions apply to each Participant and each of the courses in which the Participant is enrolled in order to qualify for the Promotional Discount. Offer is subject to class and seat availability. Promotional Discount IS VOID on all three courses if one of the three Participants cancels, reschedules for a course time outside of the Promotional Period, or gets a credit or refund. If the Promotion Discount is void, all classes will be canceled for all Participants. Participants still wishing to attend a training course must thereafter re-register at full price.
