Red Hat is pleased to announce the latest addition to its line up of performance-based certifications - JBoss Certified Application Administrator (JBCAA). With the new certification, Red Hat extends our industry-leading certification program to the JBoss suite of products.
The JBCAA certification is intended for JBoss Application Server systems administrators, deployment managers, and quality assurance engineers who want to optimally administer JBoss Application Server deployments.
The JBCAA exam is the a performance-based assessment that tests actual competencies on real-world IT environments. In fact, the JBCAA is the only performance-based certification in its category, continuing on Red Hat's tradition of benchmarking the skills of IT professionals through hands-on skills assessments.
Individuals earning JBCAA accreditation will have demonstrated the skills and knowledge needed to install, configure, monitor and manage JBoss Enterprise Application Platform and deploy applications to it. Individuals with a JBCAA credential help ensure their companies can maximize JBoss Enterprise Middleware deployments and optimize strategic investment.
The JBCAA certification exam will be available from Red Hat in October 2009. Visit www.europe.redhat.com/certification/jbcaa in October for additional details and a link to online enrollment.
It is recommended that participants take the JB336 JBoss Application Administrator course. This training course course helps administrators better deploy, maintain and troubleshoot their JBoss environment. JB336 balances the essential concept-based lectures with the real world task and project oriented labs and is now available via classroom training, virtual training, and onsites. Check out the complete course outline for more details or to enroll today.
