Terms and Conditions for the Special Summer Offer 2007

  1. This promotion is open to residents in UK, DE, AT, CH, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, SE. Employees, officers, and directors of the promoter, Red Hat, Inc. (“Red Hat”), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their immediate families and those living in their households, and employees of Red Hat's Training Resellers are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Government employees are not eligible to enter. Government contractors whose course registration is (i) paid for using government contract funding, whether through prime contract or subcontract, or (ii) otherwise obtained pursuant to a government contract or prime contract, are not eligible to enter. As applicable, if your employer is paying or reimbursing part or all of your training and/or certification costs you acknowledge that your employer is aware of and consents to your participation in this Promotion, and that your participation is in accordance and does not violate your organization's policies and regulations.
  2. The promotion is only available to the first 100 participants who enroll, provide valid payment in accordance with Red Hat's enrollment policies and attend Red Hat Training .
  3. The offer consists of a free football table for participants of selected courses. Football table is Red Hat branded and has a retail value of EUR 110 or GBP 75. The table measures: 122 x 62 cm, height 81 cm (extendable). The playing surface is 110 x 58 cm. The table is in a packing case and has to be assembled which takes about 30 minutes.
  4. To qualify for the offer, participant must enroll, provide valid payment and attend any eligible Red Hat training or certification course by 30-11-07. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Red Hat promotion, offer, JCredits or training units. Cannot be used for classes in which participant is currently enrolled, nor for concurrent class cancellation and rebooking. Offer void if participant cancels, no-shows, reschedules or request credit or refund. Must be 18 years of age to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Promotional item may not be redeemed for cash, cash equivalent or refund.
  5. Course booking only valid if participant provides accurate Company name, job title, Company phone number, address and email address (Red Hat will not accept email addresses that are from private accounts).
  6. Providing inaccurate information will disqualify participant from the promotional offer.
  7. Red Hat reserves the right to substitute any promotional item for an item of equal value.
  8. The promotion begins on 4-06-07 closes on 31-08-07. Only valid on selected courses, see promotional page.
  9. Football tables will be delivered not before 4-6 weeks after a course has been payed for and attended.
