Rebate request instructions:
  1. As proof of purchase, send (a) a copy of your invoice or receipt for Red Hat Linux 7.3 Personal or Professional and (b) the Installation Guide or Getting Started Guide cover or title page from Eligible Product with (c) the request form to adress below. Submitted items become the property of Red Hat.
    • Your invoice or receipt must be computer generated. Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted.
    • Remove full Installation Guide or Getting Started Guide cover or title page that shows Company name, title of guide, and Version of Eligible Product.

  2. To qualify for the rebate, send this completed form and requested documentation to:

    Requests must be received on or before October 31, 2002.

  3. Offer good on purchases of Red Hat Linux 7.3 Personal or Red Hat Linux 7.3 Professional May 1, 2002 through October 15, 2002.
  4. Offer good on UK or German versions of products only.
  5. Any rebate requests lost or misdirected by the Postal Service or other delivery service are not the responsibility of Red Hat.
  6. A photocopy of the Installation Guide or Getting Started Guide cover or title page is not acceptable.
  7. A photocopy of the invoice or receipt is acceptable.
  8. Rebate payments will be processed within eight (8) weeks or receipt of a valid request.
  9. This promotion is void whereever prohibited or restricted by law. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
  10. Red Hat reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
  11. Offer limited to one rebate per name, address, household, or company.
  12. Requests from groups, post office boxes, organizations, and incorrect or undeliverable mailing adresses will not be honored.
  13. Rebate is not assignable or transferable.
  14. Rebate not available for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) copies and evaluation copies.
  15. GBP payments will only be made to customers who provide a United Kingdom address.
  16. Denial notices will be sent to customers detailing the reasons for denial and the steps for re-submission. Denial notices will be delivered by e-mail or surface mail. Consumers will be given 30 days to resubmit.
