Graham Gear is a Solution Architect at Red Hat and brings a broad experience across the full suite of JBoss products. Graham began his career in defence software research, ultimately moving to commercial consultancies as a software engineer across telco, finance and insurance industries. Throughout his career, Graham continually found the innovation, ease of use and feature set required to solve the problems within the open source community, which built a belief and passion in the open source development model, which naturally lead him to Red Hat.

Boris Devouge, Senior Solution Architect atRed Hat UK has been using / deploying Linux ( since early 2.0 kernels, RH 5.2 and slackware 4.0 ) and Unix ( mainly FreeBSD and NetBSD, Irix, Solaris & HP-UX ). Boris was working for HP previously over a year in Linux support on Proliant servers. Before that he was freelance and supporting local business in France with implementation of open-source solutions ( mainly mail servers, security, VPN access ). Employed at Red Hat for 2 and 1/2 years, he is now leading the UK Solution Architect team.

Jan Wildeboer, SSO, EMEA Evangelist After his first introduction to the concept of Free and Open Source software during his computer sciences study in the 90s, Jan Wildeboer has followed the growth and influence of Open Source. After working assystem administrator and inhouse developer for hosting applications, he joined Red Hat as solution architect. Jan also took part in the discussions about software patents in europe and is still dedicating part of his work to ensure a level playing field for Open Source in an ever changing ICT world.
